Creative Director

Responsibilities

  • Works in tandem with creative partner to create memorable, engaging, on-strategy campaigns that makes real connections with its audience
  • A conceptual thinker who comes up with “big Ideas” for clients and applies the idea through all expressions of the brand — traditional and non-traditional
  • Proven ability to present work clearly and persuasively, articulating the creative vision and how it achieves strategic objectives
  • Motivates entire creative team and mentors junior creatives
  • Actively participates in internal strategic meetings, creative meetings, brainstorming sessions and client presentations
  • Demonstrates a positive and professional attitude that is contagious; exhibits optimism in challenging situations
  • Effectively manages production of all tactics (including TV/video, radio, digital, print, etc.) from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality deliverables

Skills And Requirements

  • 5+ years agency experience, concepting and producing TV/video, radio, print, and digital
  • A passion for design (Art) and highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • A love for the written word (Copy) and writing skills to communicate clearly and powerfully
  • A solid portfolio demonstrating your track record in creating strong campaigns

Location

This job will start off working remotely, but will eventually partly return to our Ahmedabad office with workplace flexibility. Will consider mostly remote, but feel the creative product benefits from some in-person collaboration.
